Both MOVEit Automation Nodes are Primary
How ti fix tasks duplication when both nodes are running as primary.
When both nodes are running as primary, it generally means there is a misconfiguration with MOVEit Automation failover on both nodes.
To fix this, please follow these steps:
- Turn off MOVEit Automation services on both nodes.
- Open the mmc and add the local users and groups snap-in.
- Make sure the automation failover user is not locked out on either node.
- If the password for the automation failover user is unknown, right-click on the user and reset it on both nodes.
- Open the MOVEit Automation Config Utility and go to the Failover tab.
- Make sure that all of the settings on the Failover tab are correct, replacing the password with the new password (if applicable).
- Start up the primary node and wait until an admin user can log in, then start the secondary node.
