Client Facing ConnectWise Portal
Sign up to the portal to be able to see your tickets.
To be able to see your tickets, please sign up to the Pro2col portal.
Navigate to pro2col.myportallogin.com and click Sign up and follow the on-screen prompts.
Once you're logged in, you should be able to see the open tickets. To see the closed ticket, click the filter icon and then the drop down highlighted below, and select All Status rather than Open.
You should then be able to see all your closed tickets as well.
