Whitelisting and load balancing in MOVEit Transfer

If you are using a load balancer in front of MOVEit Transfer then you should be aware that it performs numerous health checks to ensure that the service is available.  this can cause lots of unnecessary logging which you can avoid by disabling 'sign on/sign off ' logging for the account being used (assuming that you are in fact logging in with an account rather than just connecting)

You can do this by editing the user profile and under user settings, changing this option:

On top of this, you will want to trust the address that the load balancer provides.  To do this, go to Remote Access under settings and Add the IP address as a trusted host.

You should also repeat this for the system Org by logging in as sysadmin:
