Hide the “Forgot Username” link on WTC Login page

  1. Open <EFT installation>\Web\Account\Login.htm file.
  2. Add the “hidden” attribute to the “Forgot Username” link within the FORGOT_USERNAME_SECTION.  

     
     
  3. Save the file, restart EFT Windows Service and refresh the browser.
