If you find that you do require more time, please follow the guide below to enable us to extend your trial.

To start, select “Help” at the top of your Globalscape EFT application.



From this drop down menu please select “Request Trial Extension” at the bottom of the menu.

Then a popup wizard will appear, Enter your information and select “Preview Request” 



Then copy the “Challenge” code that is generated and please send this to your account manager.
